  Had dealt with this store in the past so felt pretty confident when purchasing an android box for daughter's Christmas. Lots of android boxes are available under $100. but I wanted to make sure she got a quality item with a reputable business in case there were any problems. Paid $225 and was told warranty and free updates for a year. Last week she took it in for updates and it wouldn't work properly after that. Took it back it and was told too bad, the box is dead, contact mygica yourself....so much for customer service. She has contacted mygica and was told they won't honor the warranty because whoever did the updates (online electronics) caused the problem. Took it back into the store and spoke to him myself. They're not at all interested in the fact that their updates are what caused the problem. Finally offered to try and send it back to mygica during which we would wait several weeks for a box that we'd paid more than double the going rate for. So my advice is to just buy the cheaper box in the first place, when it dies you can just throw it away and only be out $80. instead of the $225. And if you currently have one of his boxes beware of taking it in for an update because he certainly won't stand behind it if they mess it up.
